Defect upon receipt

Does your order not meet the quality requirements upon receipt? Our sincere apologies for this! Fill in on the enclosed return form that the item is damaged and indicate that you wish to receive a new one or money back, as soon as we receive the return, we will immediately make it right.

If you have any questions about this, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We do our utmost to offer a suitable solution at all times.

Warranty period

If your encoder becomes defective, you can also count on us. You can reasonably expect all our products to do what is expected. We follow the law at all times.

Step-by-step plan for defects and warranty

Do you want to make use of the warranty or repair? Then we ask you to adhere to the following step-by-step plan, so that we can process your return as smoothly and quickly as possible:

Contact our customer service and we will tell you what to do. In case of a return: please add the following in the package:

  • Complaint description
  • Contact details
  • Proof of purchase/order confirmation

As soon as we have received the encoder, we will assess whether it is covered by warranty and/or repair and we will inform you about this within 1-2 working days.

Are you not satisfied with your encoder? We would like to hear about this. If you have a complaint and/or comment about our products or our service, you can always contact us. You will receive a substantive response from us within 14 days of receipt of your complaint.
