This incremental encoder makes highly accurate positioning tasks easy to perform and is compatible with virtually all controls (HTL and TTL).

The MIG encoder fits always because it can be installed as a flange in standard IEC sizes between the electric motor and gearbox. No motor adjustments such as an extended fan cover or NDE shaft are required. The encoder is compatible with all IEC electric motors and gearboxes from all major brands, such as STARK, ABB, SEW, Nord, WEG, Siemens, Lenze, Transtecno, Bonfiglioli, Motovario, Hydromec and Techtop.
Robust
The usage of a synthetic ring magnet makes this encoder sturdy and durable, whereas other suppliers use a fragile ferrite ring magnet. Our encoder is easy to mount and thanks to its shock resistance, it doesn’t break during installation or utilization.
Up to IP69K
Due to the assembly between motor and gear unit, this flange encoder is completely protected from dirt, dust, corrosion and liquids, even during high pressure cleaning. With our special sealing this immunity can be increased to IP69K.
Ultra compact
As a result of the slim design, the encoder is suitable for confined installation spaces. With a thickness of only 7-15 mm, machines that use the MIG encoder barely increase in length. The weight, starting from 60 grams makes it suitable for lightweight applications.
