Unfortunately, encoders that have been adjusted in accordance with your specifications cannot be returned.
Damaged encoder
If an encoder has to be exchanged due to a defect or an error on our part, the shipping costs are for our account. We will charge costs for any damage to the return shipment, an incomplete return shipment or an unstamped shipment. If unnecessary damage has occurred, we have the option to depreciate this.
